Bluetooth qualification is not the same as market approval
The Bluetooth SIG requires products using Bluetooth technology to complete its qualification process before sale or distribution. Review the current Bluetooth qualification guidance and confirm which company and product listing apply.

Battery transport files need exact model matching
A rechargeable product may need evidence covering the battery or battery pack as well as shipment information. Record the exact battery identity used in the approved sample. Check that ratings and model references agree across the battery label, specification, transport summary and finished-product documents.
Shipping method and packaging can change the operational requirements. Work with the carrier or logistics provider on the current rules for the route. A document that existed for a previous battery does not establish that the production configuration is covered.
Check the adaptor as its own product
When a desk lamp or speaker ships with a mains adaptor, record the adaptor manufacturer, model, input, output, plug and markings. Confirm whether the quotation includes the same adaptor that appears in the report package. If the product is sold without an adaptor, make the required input clear in the manual and packaging.

Review labels, declarations and manuals together
A technically relevant report can still be undermined by inconsistent commercial materials. Compare the legal manufacturer or responsible party, model identity, electrical ratings, required marks, warnings and destination language across the declaration, product label, manual and box.
Create a simple register with the file name, issuing body or laboratory, report number, date, covered model and owner. Mark open items and changes. This register is easier to audit than a shared folder with unexplained PDFs.
